How we work

How we work: a marketing agency that works as an extension of your team

We are an independent marketing and advertising agency, part of Grupo Globalplayer: an alliance that strengthens and feeds the skills of each team. We work on a monthly retainer or per project, always with tailored proposals: we analyze your case, put together a detailed budget and, once we agree, we implement and measure the results together, as business partners.

Engagement models

Monthly retainer or project fee: how to hire the agency

  • Monthly retainer: a team assigned to your brand for ongoing management: strategy, content and social media, performance, SEO and reporting. It works when marketing is an ongoing process.
  • Per project: a closed scope with a delivery date: a campaign, a launch, an event, a video or a website.
  • Combined: many brands have a retainer for day-to-day work and add projects when the plan calls for it.
  • Media budget kept separate: ad spend is budgeted separately and with full transparency, so you know what goes to media and what goes to fees.
  • Tailored: we don't sell off-the-shelf packages; every proposal is built around your goals and your budget.
Process

From the first conversation to results, step by step

    Let's talk

A 30-minute meeting to understand your business, your goals and your timelines. Free of charge and with no commitment.

  2. 02

We study your brand, your market, your competitors and what you are already doing. You receive an initial diagnosis with opportunities.

    Implementation

Once we agree, we get started with a dedicated team and a single point of contact. You always know who is running your account.

  5. 05

    Results

A monthly report in business metrics and a meeting to review the next steps together, as partners. Decisions based on data, not hunches.

Who we work with

What companies we work with

We work mostly with large companies and, in many cases, multinationals. We also value startups that don't yet have large budgets but invest because they believe in marketing and good communication as a strategy for expansion and growth. If you are taking your first steps or need a one-off piece, we are probably not your best strategic partner at that moment, but we would still love to hear from you and share our point of view.

Guide

How to choose a marketing agency for a large company

  • An in-house, full-service team: strategy, creativity, production, media and technology under one roof, with a clear point of contact.
  • Comparable cases: work for companies of your size and in your industry, with results that can be shown.
  • Long relationships: the best sign that an agency delivers is that its clients stay.
  • Method and measurement: a clear process and reports in business metrics, not vanity metrics.
  • Transparency: a budget detailed by deliverable, with media spend kept separate from fees.
  • Chemistry with your team: an agency that understands your business, brings ideas and works as an extension of your department.
For your search

What to ask each agency before deciding

  • Cases from your industry and references from current clients.
  • Who will work on your account and who your point of contact will be.
  • The work process and the timeline for each stage.
  • A budget detailed by deliverable, with media spend listed separately.
  • How they will measure and report results, and how often.
  • Category exclusivity and confidentiality terms, if you need them.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about working with a marketing agency

How much does it cost to work with Globaldardos?

We have no packages or list prices, because no two brands face the same challenge. First we analyze your case: your goals, where your business is and the investment available, and we make sure the proposal is in tune with your budget and that every dollar works to grow your brand. We work mostly with large companies and, in many cases, multinationals; we also value startups that don't yet have large budgets but invest because they believe in marketing and good communication as a growth strategy. If you are taking your first steps or need a one-off piece, we are probably not your best strategic partner at that moment, but we would still love to hear from you and share our point of view.

What is the process for starting to work with an agency?

We talk for 30 minutes to understand your business and your goals; we analyze your brand, your market and what you are already doing; we present a tailored proposal with a detailed budget, usually within a week; once we agree, we implement it with a dedicated team and a single point of contact; and every month we review the results together to decide the next steps.

Do you work on a monthly retainer or per project?

Both. The monthly retainer works for ongoing management: strategy, content, social media, performance, SEO and reporting with a dedicated team. A project works for a closed scope: a campaign, a launch, an event, a video or a website. Many brands combine the two: a retainer for day-to-day work and projects when the plan calls for it.

Is media spend included in the budget?

No. Ad spend on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or other media is budgeted separately and with full transparency, so you always know what goes to media and what goes to fees. We recommend how much to invest based on the goal and the market, and we report on it every month.

What makes a proposal cost more or less?

The scope (which services and how many deliverables), the markets and languages, the complexity of production (studio, shoots, events, development), the timelines and the team's level of dedication. That's why the budget is detailed by deliverable: you can see what each part includes and prioritize according to your investment.

How do I know if the investment is worth it?

We set the goals and indicators before we start, and every month we deliver a report in business metrics: reach, leads, opportunities, sales and return. We review it together and decide what to scale, what to adjust and what to stop doing. If your company grows, your investment grows too: that's the cycle we aim for.

Do you work as an extension of our team?

Yes, that's the idea: you should see us as an extension of your team. We join forces with your marketing, communications or procurement department, with a single point of contact and clear processes. We can be your full-service agency or join at one stage, and work alongside your in-house team or other agencies.

Is Globaldardos an independent agency?

Yes. We are an independent agency, part of Grupo Globalplayer: an alliance that strengthens and feeds the skills of each team. Together with Four Players, the group's events unit, we add capabilities without losing the agility and direct relationship of an independent agency.
