This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, what we use it for and what rights you have over it. It is drafted in accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its supplementary regulations.
1. Data controller
Globaldardos, a Grupo Globalplayer company, located at Av. del Libertador 742, Vicente López, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about your data, write to us at info@globaldardos.com.ar.
2. What data we collect
Data you give us: when you fill in the contact form or write to us, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. When you apply through "Careers", we also receive your CV and any professional information you choose to share.
Browsing data: like most sites, we record basic technical information (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, date and time) through cookies and analytics tools, solely to measure and improve the use of the site. See section 7.
3. What we use it for
To answer your inquiries and quote what you ask for; to manage recruitment processes and our talent and supplier database; to send you, if you agreed, news from the agency and from Globaldardos Academy; and to analyze and improve how the site works. We do not make automated decisions that affect you, nor do we sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis and nature of the data
Submitting data through the site is voluntary and implies your consent to its processing for the stated purposes. The fields marked as required in the forms are the minimum needed to assist you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
5. How long we keep it
Business inquiries are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for a maximum of two years after the last contact. CVs and applications are kept for up to two years after receipt, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or anonymized form.
6. Who we share it with
With the Grupo Globalplayer companies (Globaldardos and Four Players) when a project requires it, and with providers of web hosting, email, contact management and analytics services, who process the data following our instructions and with appropriate security measures. Some of these providers may be located outside Argentina, in countries or under mechanisms that ensure an adequate level of protection. We may also disclose data when required by law by a competent authority.
7. Cookies
We use technical cookies, which are necessary for the site to work (for example, to remember the chosen language), and analytics cookies, which let us understand in aggregate how the site is used. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies; the site will keep working, although some preferences won't be remembered.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access restricted to the staff who need to process it.
9. Your rights
You can access your data, ask us to correct, update or delete it, and object to receiving communications by writing to info@globaldardos.com.ar. We respond within the legal deadlines. The data subject has the right to exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown (Art. 14, para. 3, Law 25,326). The Agency for Access to Public Information, the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
10. Minors
The site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18; if we find that we have received data from a minor without authorization from their guardians, we delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or site changes. The version in force is always the one published here, with its update date.
