These terms govern access to and use of the Globaldardos website. By browsing it, you accept the following conditions; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who we are
Globaldardos is a marketing and advertising agency located at Av. del Libertador 742, Vicente López, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is part of Grupo Globalplayer together with Four Players. Contact: info@globaldardos.com.ar.
2. Purpose of the site
The site is informational: it presents our services, work, team and training offer (Globaldardos Academy), and provides contact channels. The information published does not constitute a contractual offer; any provision of services is formalized through a specific proposal and contract.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, designs, logos, photographs, videos, pieces and code of the site are owned by Globaldardos or used with the authorization of their owners, and are protected by intellectual property law. Reproducing, distributing or modifying them without prior written authorization is not permitted. Client brands shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are displayed only as a reference to the work done.
4. Permitted use
You agree to use the site in good faith and in accordance with the law: not to interfere with its operation, not to attempt to access restricted areas, not to introduce malicious code and not to use the forms to send mass, fraudulent or unrelated communications.
5. Forms and communications
The data you send through the forms is processed according to our Privacy policy. By sending it, you state that it is truthful and that you are entitled to share it. Our replies are indicative until a proposal is signed.
6. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party sites (social networks, client platforms, Four Players, student platform). We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them; we recommend reviewing their own terms.
7. Globaldardos Academy
Enrollment in Globaldardos Academy courses and programs is governed by specific conditions (places, fees, cancellation and certification policy) that are provided at the time of enrollment and prevail over these general terms where applicable.
8. Availability and liability
We strive to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Globaldardos shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the site, the inability to use it or reliance on its informational content.
9. Changes
We may change these terms and the content of the site at any time. Changes apply from their publication; the update date appears at the beginning of this text.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the use of the site, the parties submit to the ordinary courts with jurisdiction in Vicente López, Province of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
